Why you're eating 1,200 calories and still not losing weight

And how eating more, not less, finally gets the scale moving again. Without starving yourself, even if you're sure your metabolism is broken, and you don't have to live on the treadmill.

Is this you?

This workshop is for you if...

  • You're over 35 and you've been dieting on and off for years
  • You've tried keto, Weight Watchers, cutting carbs, and endless cardio, and you're tired of starting over
  • You're eating very little, you're hungry and tired, and the scale still won't move
  • You want to lose the weight for good without giving up bread, fruit, or wine
  • You want a real system, not another diet that falls apart in three weeks

What you'll learn

The 3 keys we'll cover in 110 minutes

01

The Fuel Floor

You keep cutting lower (1,400, then 1,200, then less) and the scale just stopped responding. Your fuel floor is the amount of food, and protein, your body needs to climb out of survival mode. Eat enough, protein first, and the weight finally moves.

Rene lost 15 lbs limited to walking only: "I never knew I could eat 1,800 calories and not gain weight."

02

The Movement Minimum

You don't need hours of cardio or bootcamp six days a week. You need two things, done consistently: daily steps you can actually hit, and lifting two to three times a week. It's the smallest amount of the right movement that still works, and it fits a real schedule.

Eileen trained 5 to 6 days a week and couldn't keep it up. Cut to lifting 3 days a week: "It became a much more sustainable program for me to commit to."

03

The Reset Rule

One bad meal or missed day, and the old pattern says start over Monday. The Reset Rule flips that. Get back on track within 24 hours, and never miss twice in a row. One slip is never the problem. The spiral is.

Heather broke years of all-or-nothing dieting and a brutal inner critic: "My brain is a lot nicer to myself now."

Alex Solomin

I was 365 pounds. Pre-diabetic, fatty liver, high blood pressure, with a doctor telling me to lose the weight or I'd die young. I tried everything you've tried. Keto, restriction, the fad of the month, hours of cardio. I did it the brutal way for 5 years before I figured out the truth: I had to stop starving my body and start fueling it.

I got down to 230 pounds and every number on my lab reports came back healthy. Then I built the method I wish someone had handed me, and I've coached hundreds of people through it since.
